Magitek Knight's Force Shield gives them Auto-Shell, which doesn't really matter since they use Tek Shield, and their Ring of Renewal gives them Auto-Regen. There's not much you can do besides Disarm the Wizard Rod to lower their MAtt some, and defend against their Bolt attacks with the appropriate elemental abilities/gear. Keep the damage up so you don't fall behind Regen and Heal Force and this should be a fairly straight forward fight.
