Black Battle Ribbons are awarded when you do terribly during a raid.
Green Battle Ribbons are awarded when you did well, but it wasn't perfect.
Red Battle Ribbons are awarded when a raid went perfectly.
Bronze Star: Given to someone performs well.
Silver Star: Given to someone who does an extremely good job.
Purple Heart: Given to someone who dies to a "normal" monster and suffers XP
loss during a raid, or who suffers a lot of defeats which actually serve a
purpose.
Medal of Valor: Given to someone who gets a large amount of kills in a raid.
Medal of Honor: For those who sacrifice themselves to hold off a foe they
cannot normally best.
Medal of Commendation: For doing an exceptional job and being recommended by
several people.
Medal of Victory: Given to a small team of people who overcome near-impossible
odds.
Engineer's Cap - for excellent usage of militia items (land mines, scanners,
locators, etc.)
Medic's Seal - for excellent usage of support abilities (e.g., healing,
buffing, raising)
Tactician's Mark - for excellent usage of indirect attack abilities (e.g.,
status ailments)
Eagle Eye - for excellent scouting
Snowduck Emblem: Johan's personal award for outstanding achievement.
Couch of Mana: No's personal award for outstanding achievement.
